Tapper Premier League is a promotional crowdfunding event for the upcoming Prompt Rat platform — which is still in development and not yet publicly available. Before you select a state, tap, chat, or purchase Boosters, you must read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy below.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of This Agreement

Welcome to Tapper Premier League ("Event," "League," or "Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and the Prompt Rat development team ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. The Prompt Rat AI prompting service is under active development and has not launched yet. Tapper Premier League is the current promotional experience — a community event and software crowdfunding campaign to support research, infrastructure, and future deployment of Prompt Rat. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from participating in the Event or purchasing Boosters.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate, register an account, and purchase promotional "Boosters." Geographic Scope: This Event is open exclusively to residents of the Republic of India. You agree to accurately select your representing State or Union Territory upon joining. Providing false geolocation details is a breach of these Terms. Social Authentication: Account creation requires Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter). You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your associated social media accounts.

3. Nature of the Event: Crowdfunding and Promotion

CRITICAL REGULATORY COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER: Tapper Premier League is strictly a friendly, community-building promotional event and a software crowdfunding campaign. It exists solely to support independent development, server infrastructure, and the future launch of Prompt Rat. Voluntary Contributions: Purchasing "Boosters" constitutes a voluntary financial contribution toward pre-launch product engineering and research — not payment for an active prompting product today. No Monetary Value: Boosters, points, scores, and leaderboard placements are gamified virtual milestones with no real-world cash value. They cannot be converted to fiat currency or transferred, traded, sold, or bartered. Exclusion of Prizes: No cash prizes, physical goods, or financial compensation will be awarded based on leaderboard positions. This Event is not a game of chance, wagering, or real-money gambling.

4. Gameplay Mechanics and Fair Play

The League operates via collaborative point accumulation. Players earn points for their chosen State by tapping the designated interaction element. Players may select a competitive State and use the "Red Button" to reduce the leading State's real-time score. Live chat and community features must be used respectfully. Anti-Cheating Policy: Zero tolerance for automated scripts, bots, macro-clickers, auto-clicker software, emulators, or any system that simulates or multiplies human interaction. Audit Rights: We may audit score spikes, review interaction logs, reset suspicious tallies, restrict chat access, or permanently terminate accounts suspected of cheating or abuse.

5. Leaderboard Perks and Future Prompt Rat Access

Top leaderboard positions upon Event resolution may receive non-monetary incentives tied to the future Prompt Rat platform once it launches. Digital Perks: Rewards are limited to "Early Access" privileges and a digital "Recognition Badge" bound to your account. The prompting service does not exist yet; perks apply only after a stable beta or production release — with no guaranteed release date. Timelines are at our sole discretion. Non-Transferability: Perks have no commercial value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

6. Payments, Fees, and No-Refund Policy

Booster purchases are processed by secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs. All transactions are absolute, final, and irreversible. No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals — including for server downtime, Event changes or termination, or account suspension for cheating. Funds support cloud infrastructure and pre-launch development. 7. Technical Limitations and Limitation of Liability

Real-time gameplay places heavy load on cloud systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free, or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for lost points, miscalculated scores, or interrupted Boosters due to sync delays, server issues, network dropouts, provider outages, or device incompatibility. Total liability for claims arising from Event participation is capped at the amount you spent on Boosters during this Event.

8. Modifications, Governing Law, and Contact

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at our primary place of corporate registration. Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the Tapper Premier League real-time leaderboard and Event accounts. Authentication Data: Via Google, Facebook, or X SSO — typically your display name, email, and profile picture URL. We do not store social sign-in passwords. Gameplay Data: Your selected State, click tallies, leaderboard records, chat activity, and timestamps (including Red Button and Booster use). Transaction Data: Booster purchase transaction IDs, amounts, and timestamps via payment gateways — not card or bank credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: operate and maintain League mechanics and leaderboards; authenticate accounts; prevent botting, fraud, and exploits; map points to States fairly; reserve future Early Access and Recognition Badge perks for the upcoming Prompt Rat launch; send essential Event or development updates (opt-out available where offered); and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or trade your information to data brokers or marketers. Data is shared only with essential providers: Google Firebase (auth and database), payment processors such as Razorpay, cloud infrastructure (e.g. Google Cloud Platform), and Cloudflare (security). We may disclose records if required by Indian law enforcement, courts, or regulators.

4. Security and Retention

We use SSL/TLS, HTTPS, and industry-standard safeguards. Data is stored in Firebase with security rules. Session cookies support authentication only — no invasive ad tracking. We retain credentials, gameplay logs, and milestone data through the pre-launch phase so Event rewards can carry over when Prompt Rat launches.

5. Policy Updates and Your Rights

We may update this Privacy Policy; changes take effect when published with a new "Last Updated" date. You may request access, correction, or deletion via [email protected]. Complete erasure during the pre-launch phase forfeits scores, Booster balances, leaderboard rank, and future Early Access perks. The Event requires participants to be 18+; we do not knowingly collect data from minors for League participation.
